Experience: 5–8 years
Primary Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience in Java (Java 8+)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture
- Solid experience with Drools Rule Engine (business rules, decision tables, rule flows)
- Frontend development using Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
Secondary / Supporting Skills:
- Database experience with Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement and manage business rules using Drools
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful microservices
- Collaborate with UI, backend, and QA teams for end‑to‑end delivery
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support production issues and deliver fixes within SLA
Good to Have:
- Banking/Insurance domain exposure
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
